"Ordered ballpoints with blue ink. They arrived with ink color in English inked out, but the French encre noir was still legible, so I thought they had sent black ink. Tried to call them, but they close at 2pm Fridays. Was frustrated, but decided to take a chance and open them. They were blue ink, as ordered. If they are going to ink things out, do it in all the languages."
