I feel that the english and other languages need a new punctuation to act similarly to the quotation mark, but this new mark would be used when condensing someone else’s words to get to the point of them. The new punctuation would inform the reader that you have altered the original text.
IT SHALL BE CALLED THE ‘BENGOLDMARK’
