So, it’s that time again, I have to buy the new Creative Suite from Adobe. This time I think it’s actually going to be worth the money. I’ve been wanting that content aware shrink feature since I first saw it a proof of concept demo, and it also is now finally going to use the GPU to increase performance. The update is $599, which is a little steep, but I have a discount code from the fine folks at NAPP to ease that cost down a little bit. However, I can only use that code over the phone and I really wanted to use the download option because I’m incredibly impatient and I want to start messing around with it now… I just don’t think it’s worth giving up around $100 in savings.
Meh.
