I’m sure, at one time, there was a good reason to put all of the instruments in the left channel and all of the vocals in the right channel. 2009 is not that time.
100% agree. The engineers who worked on these remastered albums did a fantastic job, you can tell the difference from previous Beatles releases, but the stereo tracks still suck (except for Abbey Road and Let it Be, which were only released in stereo and designed to be listened that way).
