The power of Valve.
I was really surprised when I read this.
They still run pretty terribly, though. I still have to use Bootcamp if I want to play TF2 at more than 25 FPS.
I’ve only tried running Half-Life 2: Episode 1 and Braid. They both run great. Then again, last time I played them I was on my MacBook and now I’m using an i7 MacBook Pro…
My new eyeglasses!

Tumblr, where can I get glasses without going broke?
Tears in Rain.
Uniqlo makes an Evangelion shirt…. I want to go to SoHo now.
I think the fact that I’m talking about a hip Japanese clothing company with store in SoHo makes this post slightly less nerdy… slightly.
I’ve been playing Braid recently. If you haven’t played this yet, you really should check out the demo or buy the game (It’s only $10 in Steam and works on Mac and PC).
The art is beautiful, the music is excellent, and it has a very original gameplay concept. The story is about a guy who is trying to rescue a princess, but he has to go through levels filled with enemies, puzzle pieces, keys, and other devices. What makes this game special is that you can speed up or reverse time, which not only lets you undo any mistakes, but also helps you solve puzzles within the game.
Hello by Lionel Richie is a great song, but the music video is creepy as hell. It stars Lionel Richie as a high school (?) drama teacher who is infatuated with a blind female student.
For some reason, the fact that she’s blind makes the line, “I can see it in your eyes,” slightly disturbing.
